JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Loan Set Up Specialist / Registration Specialist Job Description: * Sets-up mortgage loans according to established timelines, Standard Process Flow, regulations and procedures. * Stacks file and scans physical documentation into and/or enter data into applicable loan origination systems. * Ensure accuracy of all fees entered into loan system, prepare the Good Faith Estimate and all applicable disclosures to meet State, Federal and MLHL Guidelines. * Mail all initial disclosures to all borrowers and maintain a full copy in the file in the proper stacking order. * Ensure file meets minimum documentation requirements. * Prepare and order all third party vendor services - including, but not limited to: Flood, 4506T, Fraud database, etc. Perform MCQC Check, review loan track record and update status. * Review and respond to exception reports, internal and external audits, as required. * Maintain awareness of all legal regulations related to loan set-up. * Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
