Location  Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
?We are looking for individuals whom have a strong background in maintains and supply management in a Military capacity.
?These individuals will be trained on a proprietary software system and become trainer as we introduce and rollout this product to the client.
?Candidates will be required to submit a writing sample preferably 7-10 pages
?Candidates must demonstrate the ability to control a classroom and effectively communicate subject content. This may include mock train presentation / Video conference / video submission
?Individuals should be able to work in a physically exhorting environment.  This could include but not limited to working in high environmental temperatures, prolong exposure to the sun, be required to walk short distances exposed to the elements, lift up to 50lbs, and accommodate a schedule with extensive air travel.
Requirements
?All instructors will have at least 3 years of previous exp with training personnel on Military Supply and/or Maintenance systems.
?Instructors should have a strong 3 years exp in Aviation / Aircraft  supporting. Air Force or Naval Air background prefered.
?Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge in both supply and maintains systems.
?Maintain a Cert as a Trainer
?Maintain a Cert in Maintains and Supply.
?Individuals must be able to retain large amounts of information quickly.
?Individuals must be able to perform standup class room instruction and deliver material in a compelling matter. We will ask them to make a video to show this skill.
?Individuals must have strong writing skills and be able to develop written training curriculum. Writing sample will be required.
?The scope of work will vary dramatically each week and ability to remain flexible and adapt is essential.
?Individuals will be working in Saudi Arabia and will require operating independently.
?Trainers will be required to conduct themselves at the highest levels of professionalism, communicate clearly  effectively and appropriately conduct themselves while interfacing with the Royal Saudi Air Force.
?Valid Passport
?Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills
?Instructors will receive training on the software application from Miro in SA and on the customer site. Some training may be conducted at the Miro office in San Diego.
?Instructors will be expected to travel to different air bases within the Saudi Arabia and should expect to stay in Saudi up to 6+ months duration at the selected base at one time.
?All travel and housing will be paid for and coordinated by Salient/MIRO
?Housing arraignments will vary by locations but will likely be hotels in each city near each base.
?Candidates must feel comfortable driving a car in a foreign country.
Education/Training
?3 years training and 3years in Main or Sup, 3 Years aircraft Naval or Air Force
?Required Certificates Main  Sup Certs, Trainer Cert
