JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Incumbent performs duties to identify, advocate and pursue sales and marketing opportunities related to the promotion and sale of systems, services, products or related technologies. Sales and Marketing Managers are the front line force with respect to customer contact, coordination, and correspondence. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.

<br>- Identifies new business opportunities.
<br>- Provides input for accurate and realistic bookings forecast estimates.
<br>- Develops and maintains contacts with customers.
<br>- Develops and maintains program descriptions, and capture plans.
<br>- Advises management on bid/no bid decisions, multi-company teaming decisions, solution design, pricing strategy, supplemental staffing, and other issues affecting probability of winning contracts.
Working closely with the strategy and business development development group, develops marketing information used for new business proposals, solution specifications, statements of work and systems requirements.
<br>- Recommends application and/or modification of Company solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
<br>- Confers with customer technical representatives and management to determine and interpret customer requirements
<br>- Improves competitive position by recommending new applications of solutions, providing information on the technical development of systems and assisting in program planning.
<br>- Keeps track of potential sales opportunities and marketing efforts of competitor firms.
<br>- Manages discretionary resources.
<br>- Working with the strategy and business development group, participates in the preparation of the strategic plan.
<br>- Assists communications and public relations department in preparing display and promotional material.

Four-year college degree, in engineering, management, or marketing plus a minimum of eight years experience in support of selling services, systems and/or products. Project/program management experience is desirable. Previous experience in securing large contracts is required. Expert knowledge of mobile applications is required. Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Mental ability to perform analytical work. Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a keen business and technical awareness. Must be self motivated, creative and have the ability to work closely in a team environment with other departments and individuals at all levels in the organization. Extensive travel required. May be required to travel domestically and internationally and work off hours, in-line with customer requirements.
