We are currently interviewing for an immediate need.Mechanical Engineer designers are responsible for providing technical design solutions for a variety of difficult design problems for structural and components of products using CAD equipment and technical software. Software includes Pro-Engineer, AutoCAD, and other CAD programs.Assignments are outlined in terms of objectives and anticipated results. Work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting these objectives. ME designers are responsible for documenting findings and communicating results to engineering staff.Essential functions are: *Computer assisted design and drafting tasks. *Interact with engineers to develop system level layouts. *Prepare first article drawings for fabrication.Volt is an Equal Opportunity EmployerRequirements:Requires an Associate''s Degree or a certificate from a recognized organization indicating completion of training in Pro-Engineer, CATIA, or IDEAS design software PLUS eight or more years of experience utilizing CAD software.
