Maintains hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols.Develops Security Education and Awareness training programs and materials for non-technical and technical staffEnsures all security solutions and designs meet local and federal compliance requirements such as SOX, NIST-800, and PCI DSS and coordinates with the Internal Audit and Information Technology teams to successfully complete periodic audits.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related experience plus a minimum of five plus years experience in Information Security in a technical environment.The Network Security Analyst should have GCIH or GSEC certifications and thorough understanding of, and experience with, TCP/IP.Knowledge of system-level attacks and mitigation methods with a core competency in Windows, Linux or Mac OS X is a must and experience with ArcSight and or Nitro security is preferred.The Network Security Analyst should have experience with Firewall configuration and maintenance, and the ability to create and modify processes and procedures.
