-  Monitors process capabilities and performance
through standard statistical process control and
analysis methods.
- Coordinates the execution of process studies and
ensures that all studies are captured in the
departments repository.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where
analysis of data requires evaluation of
identifiable factors. Acts as advisor and/or
supervises subordinates in solving technical
problems. Frequently interacts with departments,
peers management and scientists.
- Plans, designs, and coordinates biological,
chemical, process and equipment capability
experiments as they relate to new or existing
equipment, processes and devices.
- Leads major projects in process improvement and
innovation, including scheduling, budgeting and
implementation. Reports status of projects by
using established project management methods like
task lists, resource planning, expenditure
tracking, and time charts. Generates and maintains
project records including technical specifications
and process studies and reports...
- Assembles project teams based on the required
skill required for each project.
- Composes test and performance specifications and
operating procedures.
- Researches alternate methods of accomplishing
design criteria and performance specifications.
Recommends to management options and provides
analysis to base performance and financial
decisions on.
- Coordinates performance tests for evaluation of
processes.
