This role will be responsible for preparing and transferring images of source documents. As well as, processing required paperwork and ensuring the efficient storage and retrieval of scanned documents. In this role you will· Operate document capture equipment· Prepare documents for capture ensuring correct formatting· Capture source documents on digital scanners· Validate, index and audit documents as applicable· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of all capture equipment andrelated microfilm retrieval equipment.In order to be considered for this role candidates must:· Have basic knowledge of personal computers and the ability to type on a computer keyboard and use continuous hand wrist motion. · Be able to pay attention to detail and withstand rapid eye movement while reviewing scanned documents. · Be able to perform sedentary work 90 % of the time· Be able to lift boxes that weight 30 pounds; lifting of boxes is not too frequent· Have experience in production scanning environment; Experience in Fujitsu high-speed production scanners with Kofax capture software is preferred.Jack in the Box offers a competitive salary and benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending, 401K and a wellness program.
