Effectively direct and manage nuclear power sales
activities in assigned territories and accounts.
Discuss trends, customer concerns, and
competitors activities with the Sales Manager and
maintain ongoing discussions with the Sales
Manager regarding sales activities, trends, etc.
Communicate successful prospecting, advocation,
closing, ongoing sales and field support of
nuclear power sales in assigned territories.
Develop plans in relation to advertising, sales
promotion, public relations, personal selling and
sales management.
Identify and analyze the business strengths and
weaknesses and respond to opportunities and
threats in the marketing environment.
Create a high quality relationship with all target
customers.
Execute the business units sales strategy.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and updated
sales funnel to management on a regular basis.
Set and achieve goals for market share and growth.
Prepare sales report showing sales volume and
potential sales.
Work closely with Sales Manager to coordinate
marketing/sales activities.
Minimum Experience Qualifications
BS in Engineering
5+ years of experience in Technical Sales,
preferably in Nuclear Power field
Knowledge of Nuclear Power Market
Proven leader in technical sales and marketing
with the ability to direct and manage all sales
activities
Proven track record in successfully closing Tier 1
customers
Knowledge and experience to read, analyze, and
interpret contracts, financial reports and legal
documents
Experience in responding to inquiries or
complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or
members of the business community
