Define and develop sales opportunities for membership growth. Develop sales strategy for maximizing initial membership. Develop and execute sales strategy for maximizing initial member and revenue growth. Identify and develop small group brokers. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects through various sales channels. Identify and qualify prospects. Assess prospects and prioritize best opportunity sales. Maintain large group prospect database. Develop and execute a sales plan. Plan and coordinate broker training to enhance new sales opportunities. Develop engagement strategies for key brokers. Develop and execute co-op marketing plan. Identify and capitalize on changes in market conditions. Develop and execute targeted prospect plan. Identify targeted prospects. Assume other related duties. Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, proven track record of successful sales dealing with high-levels of issue complexity and relationship sensitivity, 2 years of industry or related experience in successfully achieving sales objectives, State insurance license, CA drivers license, basic computer skills, effective oral and written communication and analytical skills, knowledge of and experience with employee health benefits, ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment. Bilingual preferred. Hours 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
