CareFusion Business Description
Accountabilities
Serve as an IT application development resource for Force.com and Salesforce.com capabilities, administration and best practices. This is a 1000+user SFA implementation. This individual will work closely with Sales and Sales Operations staff, project managers, business users, and IT staff to deliver sales and marketing management projects ranging in size from minor enhancements to major multi-year initiatives. This person will play a key role in supporting the definition of business processes and developing and configuring Salesforce.com and Force.com applications to support those processes.
Role Description
Reviews and understands general business drivers and context for development projects.Analyzes and resolves problems then implements corrective actionsSuggests best-practice Salesforce.com or Force.com solutions to address user requirements.Defining the Salesforce.com configuration required to support functional and non-functional requirements and business processes.Configuring working prototypes and performing business process reviews to validate and refine prototypes.Preparing formal project documentation, including specifications, requirements summaries, logical system design documents, state diagrams, and test scripts.Play a supporting role in the detailed design definition, training development, user acceptance test case definition, field test rollout and stabilization, training delivery and final project rollout.

* Designs and develops complex solutions for the organizations core applications/interfacing systems utilizing knowledge of architectural roadmap/blueprint for application area
* Performs system/applications integrations
REQUIRED SKILLS
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree, preferably in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
* 3-5 years Salesforce.com/Force.com development experienceHands-on experience with the configuration, customization and integration of Salesforce.com.
* VisualForce page creation experience
* Integration experience with Salesforce.com API
* Experience with ERP and CRM in a large organization especially SAP
* Prefer Apex and Force.com experience
* Prefer integration experience with SAP
* Prefer experience with international SFDC projects
