Originate and fund all mortgage and consumer loan products.  Actively promote credit union products and services through cross-sell and referral. Also responsible for creating business development strategies for real estate loan production and taking the initiative to execute these strategies to meet annual production goals and objectives.  Build and retain loyal client relationships by meeting their financial needs and providing an unbeatable service experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
5 years experience in originating first mortgage loans is required.
Three or more years related banking experience or similar experience preferred.
Ability to effectively present information in one-no-one small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional presentation and a high degree of personal initiative.Must be goal driven and results focused.
A strong knowledge base of secondary market guidelines and requirements preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
Ability to sell products and services effectively and meet goals.
Ability to use loan origination systems, contact management software, mortgage coach software and Microsoft Office applications products, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly.
Must be goal driven and results focused.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
California Real Estate License and Notary license preferred.
Bilingual  English/Spanish is a plus.
