Goal is to improve knowledge and competencies around the execution of business unit and sales team objectives, to improve sales skills, sales leadership, sales process, and sales automation adoption and to increase sales effectiveness and high impact results.Accountabilities:* Schedule and facilitate both web based and live training sessions with new hires and tenured sales employees throughout the US* Identify training resource needs and develop tools utilizing multiple approaches, such as tip sheets, videos, podcasts, etc.* Working with Sales Operations and IT on defining the technology platforms used for the delivery of the training programs* Assist in troubleshooting inquiries received from users * Must be results-oriented and able to effectively prioritize, manage, and achieve results while handling multiple issues and projects. * Ensuring all field based sales teams and specified marketing members are trained and competent with our sales tools. * Coordination and scheduling of formal and informal training sessions* Developing training materials to include tip sheets, videos and/or podcasts. * Significant interaction with multiple departments and management, including Sales, Sales Operations, Training, Product Marketing, Finance & Accounting, IT and senior management.* Contribute in driving sales effectiveness via successful utilization of our sales tools, which includes the salesforce.com system.* Associates or Bachelors preferred, high school diploma with equivalent experience Minimum 3 yrs work experience* Must demonstrate a solid knowledge of sales technology platforms, including: salesforce.com (or similar SFA/CRM) including course development and delivery mechanisms, etc.* Must demonstrate knowledge of and best practice training in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and Microsoft Windows 7 platformIND123
