Will be responsible for growing and leading a multi-disciplined team and sub-consultants; managing transit/traffic data collection; data fusion; data dissemination through web integrated voice response (IVR) and mobile applications; traffic management /operations center (TMC) activities and related information technology infrastructure.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Must have demonstrated leadership and business development experience and ability to provide proactive direction to personnel performing complex tasks.-Must have previous experience with financial management including implementation of small projects according to cost, schedule, and budget.-Candidate must have past experience managing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) contracts as well as demonstrated knowledge and credentials in the ITS industry.Qualifications:BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor of Science in a related technical or business field; advanced degree preferred.-Must have 3 years of Traveler Information Systems Experience.-Requires at least 15 years of progressive experience in ITS, transit and traffic monitoring and user information systems.
