Delivers engineering training programs to
technical support staff in-house and field,
services group, and Alliance partners on how to
diagnose, troubleshoot and repair complex
instrumentation systems similar to chemistry
analyzers.
May instruct participants in both classroom
lectures and laboratory sessions.
Instructs engineers how to respond to situations
where first-line product support has failed to
isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning
instrumentation.
Evaluates trainees to ensure successful
completion of classes.
Provides technical support by satisfactorily
resolving customer questions/problems as needed.
Delivers training to assist Technical Support
and Service in maintaining consistency of message
to support customer inquiries regarding product
performance, troubleshooting and clinical utility.
Assists in revising current training manuals,
materials, and programs and recommend improvements
to enhance courseware usability and content.
