The Services Business Operations Specialist role is responsible for helping to drive a successful services organization through the use of key metrics, data and insight. This role requires sound judgment in the application of general business principles and demonstrating initiative in carrying out assigned duties. This position achieves a high degree of familiarity with an in-depth knowledge of services policies and procedures. Responsibilities for this role include: * Track, reconcile and report on a variety of services metrics with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for services including professional services, customer success and training organization.* Validates accuracy of information in addition to reporting* Maintain accuracy of reports and data where applicable. * Research and report all discrepancies in data. * Analyze and report on key business metrics* Develop and optimize the tools necessary for efficient and effective Services Operations reporting.* Support the services operations efforts as necessary related to business metrics, data quality and operational excellence
