In this role you will partner with analysts in documenting technical issues and writing documents. You will be able to join in different aspects of product evaluation, including physical analysis, cook and hold tests and packaging evaluations. You will perform aseptic collections of microbiological samples and create reports for product managers, microbiologists and a QA coordinator by compiling, recording and calculating data as well as assisting in chemical testing and in receiving and storage of arriving samples of food items.This is an unpaid internship; qualified candidates must be enrolled students and be able to earn school credit. The preferred majors of study are Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
