It''s expected that close coordination is maintained with test engineers for various OTA measurement in every build during the R&D development phase. Additional duties include Type Approval (TA) measurement results with R&D HW teams, root causing development issues and resolving performance problems for all wireless technologies.Scope of the work:* Individual contributor, variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility, demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving and supervises supplier team on Antenna design and development* If necessary, able to take complete ownership, resolve issues and implement solutions when supplier is unable* Acts with independence and discretion in routine matters. Plan and follow up product development schedule and deliveries* Makes decisions that affect own work and related teamsQualifications:* 6 years of commercial experience with mobile device antenna concept development and integration. The antennas to be designed include multi-band 700/750/850/900/1800/1900/2100/2600 MHz cellular internal antennas, multi-band MIMO and RX diversity antennas, GPS/GLONASS antennas, WLAN antennas, Bluetooth and NFC antennas.* Strong antenna simulation skills and good at simulation tools (e.g. CST, HFSS, ADS, etc)* Hands onexperience with antenna lab work and measuring equipment like network analyzers and antenna chamber. Experience with SAR measurement system is a plus* Master degree in Electronic Engineering, telecommunication or other relevant field in RF areas. Ph.D is preferred.* Familiar with antenna manufacturing technology and able to analyze production data for meeting design target* Knowledge of GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE cellular systems and related requirements* Good team player* Innovative thinking, high motivation and energy* Competent in project management* Must be able to guide and coach others, including external partner RF teams.* Effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills.* Excellent English communication skills"Connecting people" is the heart of our brand.
