The applicant will work within the ManTech C4ISR training and logistics support division conducting research and analysis of upgraded or new systems to identify manpower, personnel, and training requirements. Applicant will produce Training Planning Process Methodology (TRPPM) documentation and Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs), conduct Job Duty Task Analyses (JDTA), Front End Analyses (FEA), Analyses of Alternatives (AoA), and Business Case Analyses (BCA), review/update/develop training materials, and perform other training related tasks to provide life cycle support of military technical training programs. Immediate requirement is for the GPS based Position, Navigation, and Timing System (GPNTS).General Responsibilities:· Conduct training acquisition logistics research and analysis· Interact with government engineers and technical support personnel· Prepare briefing presentations· Prepare Navy training requirements documentationReview/update Navy training curriculaMandatory Skill Requirements:· Knowledge of Navy engineering and logistics support data and sources· Familiar with Navy training requirements and processes· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and general computer databases· Analytical and critical thinking skills· Interpersonal and people skills· Listening skills· Oral and written communication skills· Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionOrganizational skillsOther Skills Preferred:· Familiarity with GPS based Position, Navigation, and Timing System (GPNTS) and other Navy Communications systems· Familiar with U.S. Navy training policies and procedures, including NAVEDTRA 130-Series, Training Planning Process Methodology (TRPPM), Navy Training System Plans (NTSP), C4ISR Management and Analysis Training Tool (CMATT)· Certification as a Navy Instructor (NEC 9502) and Master Training SpecialistClassroom instructor and Navy curriculum maintenance experience, preferably at a Navy training centerQualifications Requires Bachelor
