In this role the candiate will work with Sales and the client post-sale to build a roadmap for executing an effective Paperless Payment roll out strategy.Responsibility will include:* Being the technical expert (SME) for the Payment Solution products.* Liaison between sales and product, marketing, training and implementation teams.* Ensure client expectations are in line with ADP's deliverable solutions* Provides post-sale technical expertise to the sales team and customers to maximize paperless payment roll out success.* Work with clients to develop roll out staretgy including ROI anayslsis, marketing campaigns, project timelines and roadmaps.* Deliver technical presentations for customers in conjunction with sales associates.* Keep sales updated on product roadmap and trained on new and upcoming functionality.* Work with marketing department to generate client facing collateral and which demonstrates the value of the Payment Solution implementation efforts.* Increases paperless sales performance by working directly with Sales partners to identify, develop and present business solutions with the latest messaging techniques to buyers.* Sales/Client education and support including webinars, conference calls, on-site presentations, local (ADP) presentations.* Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process.* Evaluate, create and improve post-sales processes and standard procedures* Maintains a positive and open business partnership with Sales, Implementation, and Client Services.* This position is often required to assume a leadership role in resolving post-sales client issues.* Represent ADP at various trade shows, industry conferences and assist with timely completion of Request for Proposals (RFPs).Experience, Skills, Academic: Education:* Bachelor's degree preferredExperience:* 3 -5 years of experience demonstrating and selling financial and/or payroll service solution* Knowledge of Pay card and Electronic Statement background preferred.* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills* Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data* Ability to communicate with sales prospects and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner* Knowledge of consultative sales process, essential to gather information, evaluate problems and communicate best software solution* Computer and internet literate* MS Office suite* Motivated and willing to learn technical and sales skills* Self starter, with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency* Ability to travel up to 35% of time - determined by assigned client baseADP is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer; M/F/D/V.
