This includes assisting in the development of all consolidated AVS financial results, forecast and plan by developing and interpreting complex financial analyses and challenging data and information for integrity and reliability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Work with high volume of data· Assist in developing financial models used for forecast and planning· Indentify best practices and standardize reports and processes within the division· Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends and recommending actions· Provide financial analysis on revenue and operating expenses through understanding of key business drivers· Compile and report information to the finance team and corporate by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports and making presentation of findings· Participate in knowledge sharing and knowledge management efforts across the organization· Must be goal driven, enthusiastic, team oriented individual with the ability to work together and partner with others to achieve assigned goal· Must have strong spreadsheet, charting, and presentation development skills· Performs other related duties as assignedExperience, Skills, Academic: * 2 to 5 years of experience·* Proficiency in performing and leading all levels of financial analyses· Must have strong Microsoft excel skills* Must have strong Hyperion ESSbase skills·* Must be detailed oriented and able to prioritize tasks under pressure·* Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management.Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is one of the largest providers of business outsourcing solutions to employers and vehicle dealerships around the world.
