The CAPS organization offers clients a variety of products and services to minimize compliance risk and reduce operating expenses. Comprised of more than 1900 associates, we have facilities in the US, Canada, and India. We provide time-saving financial and compliance related services to over 500,000 clients!From associates who directly service our clients to managing relationships with ADP Payroll Segment and Government liaisons, Tax Operations and Compliance Services (TOCS) is a diverse and dynamic organization of over 500 dedicated services associates. Document user requirements and represent them to development organization.Manage compliance changes impacting CAPS products, responsible for the successful implementation of various components of CAPS projects. Use excellent functional, technical, and project management knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.Provide Single Point of Contact and communications between Business Operations and Information Technology for Problem and/or Change Management inclusive of minor incidents, major problem events, system maintenance changes and major development projects; represent business needs and provide IT with relevant analysis and requirements.Gain consensus on approach and details of systemic changes, verification and acceptance of changes in the production environment, and communications and coordination of business operations activities required throughout the problem/change cycle.Experience, Skills, Academic: 1.
