This person will oversee the advertising for the product(s), directs marketing research, and manage distribution. This individual must be numbers and results-oriented, constantly analyzing the efficacy of campaigns and recommending and implementing improvements. This person will coordinate closely with the Product Planning, Marketing, Strategy & Innovation, and Operations teams to ensure key information on internal and competitive products are communicated and understood by internal and external global stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES* Leads the organization through new product launches by defining and coordinating the target customers and key messaging.* Delivers top-quality, innovative brand marketing that quantifiably contributes to short and long-term growth.* Defines and coordinates all marketing, advertising, and PR activities around global product launches, press events, and industry conferences* Facilitates the collection and dissemination of preliminary data, market and financial analyses, and competitor information.* Generates creative marketing strategies to establish new and existing platforms as market-leaders while improving market share performance, sales revenue, and gross margins.* Actively participates in establishing the product vision and managing the organization to achieve 1 and 3-year business goals.* Maintains and communicates weekly, quarterly, and annual key performance indicators, including traffic, gross revenue, and net income.* At least 7 years experience marketing new and existing technology products* Solid understanding of online and traditional marketing, advertising, and PR* Experience interfacing with senior management in cross-functional departments* Self-directed leader with solid communication skills and good teamwork skills* Prior experience marketing mobile and/or gaming platforms* Bachelor''s degree or equivalent.
