<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: Senior Manager of Program ManagementLocation: United States-California-San Francisco Bay Area - Foster CityOther Locations: United States-California-San Francisco Bay Area - Foster CityThe Senior Manager of Program Management will be the team manager responsible for managing Sony PlayStation Products through the full life cycle including new product introduction, milestone management, packaging design, procurement and end of life planning. This position will manage communications with external publisher partners including manufacturing status, programs and policies. Working in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment the Senior Manager of Program Management will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Development and Licensed Publishers to ensure products are delivered on time with efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness. This person will initiate the development of process improvements and then work collaboratively with impacted organizations.Principle Duties / Responsibilities:* Manage a team of Operations Program Managers to provide production support for all physical media PlayStation product as the central point of contact for publisher submission management.* Chair New Product Introduction (NPI) milestone meetings including agendas, minutes, action items, and updates to internal NPI tool.* Interface with Licensed Publishers to ensure product milestones meets required launch dates.* Manage day to day operations to ensure new products will release as planned. * Lead internal planning and production schedule meetings with Account Management, Brand Compliance, Release Management, and PSN Operations.* Develop Operations Strategy for Sony PlayStation products including Oracle system setup (SKU/UPC assignment/Bill of Materials), release date scenarios milestones, cost of goods and packaging.* Responsible for controlling costs associated with the procurement and use of parts, assemblies and materials.* Draft and publish procedural documentation once policy and programs are defined and enforce SCEA submission guidelines and requirements for all submission assets.* Actively participate in program and process development working with manufacturing, format quality assurance, account management, developer support engineers, brand compliance, digital content operations marketing, sales, and applications teams.* Drive continuous improvement on all relevant operational processes.* Develop and maintain monthly KPI measures.Required Experience / Education:* BA/BS in Business/Materials Management/Operations Management or some other related field plus 5 years Purchasing, Production Planning, or Materials Management experience.* Strong milestone management and program management skill set.* Track record of customer service and business relationship development.* Must be able to quickly grasp technical concepts as explained by developers, submission support teams, manufacturing, and quality assurance.* Attention to detail, organized, disciplined with process and policy focus.* Proven track record of employee development for a team of 4 to 6 employees.* Excellent inter-personal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our partners.* Proven analytics and reporting skills (data mining, excel reporting, analysis, presentation development).* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Experience / Education: * Oracle ERP experience.* Broad knowledge of software media manufacturing.* Understanding of software development and quality assurance testing.Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC (SCEA) is responsible for keeping PlayStation
