<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: Senior Manager Sales and Operations PlanningLocation: United States-California-San Francisco Bay Area - Foster CityOther Locations:The Senior Manager of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) will be responsible for managing the Sony PlayStation S&OP Process. Working in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment the Senior Manager of S&OP will be responsible for developing and managing the information to be presented at the SCEA S&OP meetings. This includes the development of the S&OP tools and managing and improving the current S&OP Process. Working with the Supply Chain Planning, Sales, Marketing and Finance they will develop the required material for the monthly S&OP meetings. This position will initiate the development of process improvements and work collaboratively with impacted organizations. Includes the direct management of the implementation and execution of the S&OP processes.Principle Duties / Responsibilities:* Develop, implement and sustain Sales & Operations Planning processes that accurately reflect an integrated sales volume, production volume, inventory and variable profit financial forecast plan on an 18 month rolling forward basis.* Accountable for collaborating with Sales to develop a Demand Management Process that demonstrates continuous improvement in forecast accuracy at the SKU level and forecast demand by appropriate market segment on a rolling 18 month basis.* Primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations; responsible for gaining consensus on volume forecasts. * Participate in the optimization of the Logistics/Supply-Chain schemes. Will work closely with Sales, Program Management, and Marketing teams in order to coordinate appropriate action to meet customer expectations.* Facilitate the different rounds of S&OP reviews with all stakeholders (operations, sales, finance and marketing). Responsible for gaining consensus between operations, commercial, and senior management regarding the forward production plan.* Accountable for completing a monthly analysis of causes of variance between plan and actual for demand, supply, and inventory. Identify corrective actions.* Define, implement and deploy the best practices across the organization.* Must be able to work cross functionally. Support and participate in the Continuous Improvement activities focused on productivity. * Coordinate and prepare all materials for the monthly S&OP process to ensure proper communication regarding current or potential supply performance problems (schedule feasibility issues, material or capacity imbalances, excess inventory, etc.), to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.Required Experience / Education:* 7-10 years in logistics, supply chain, and/or transportation departments in a manufacturing environment * BA/BS in Business/Industrial Engineering/Materials Management or some other related.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Excellent computer skills with MS Excel and MS Office applications. Oracle R12 experience a plus. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Good organizational skills * Proven ability to juggle multiple & often competing tasks and demands * Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills required * Very good presentation skills required * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quickly changing environment * Demonstrated ability to meet demanding deadlines * Demonstrated poise and ease when interacting with all levels of the organization.
