Leverage information technology, social media and the PLAYSTATION Network platform to create compelling, integrated online experiences. Oversee strategic planning, user experience, design, web development and business management functions related to PlayStation.com across multiple markets.Primary Responsibilities:* Direct the information architecture, design and prototypes for new product introductions and strategic initiatives to produce best-in-class interactive entertainment on the web.* Oversee development of user experience best practices. Identify and implement production tools, processes and methodologies that yield measurable results.* Manage feature releases and periodic redesigns for PlayStation.com to improve the customer experience, increase engagement and drive revenue for the business.* Provide creative and technical direction for all web projects to ensure strategic goals are met.* Drive new content ideas and build new media initiatives for PlayStation.com.* Partner closely with Senior Manager of CRM and agency to execute CRM strategies and programs on the Web.* Track overall site performance and user behavior on PlayStation.com to achieve business objectives and provide executive management with real time consumer insights.* Lead advertising and commerce strategy for PlayStation.com to achieve corporate goals.* Stay up-to-date on interactive entertainment trends and emerging technologies on the web* Manage a sizeable web team and multiple agency partners spanning design, development, test, editorial, usability and analytics functions.* Partner with a wide variety of internal stakeholders to market game and entertainment products and services on the web* Responsibly manage a multimillion dollar budget to meet business objectives and fiscal goals.* Have a minimum of 7 years experience working onlarge-scale, consumer-facing websites.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to leadand motivate a large team. * Passionate about the web and its ability toempower the consumer while enhancing the PlayStation experience.* Strategic and able to prioritize initiativesthat create the greatest consumer and business value for PlayStation* Strong project management, organizational and technicalunderstanding.* Excellent interpersonal skills and the abilityto identify mutually beneficial solutions* Awareness of leading trends and technology withproven ability to manage large consumer websites to meet corporate businessgoals.* Familiar with standard Web project management processesand tools* Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS* Understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash,Adobe Dreamweaver* Knowledge of Flash Actionscripting, Ajax, XML, aplus* Solid understanding of both the video gameindustry and gamer segments.* Experience working in digital media andecommercePreferred Experience / Education:* MBA with technical undergraduate degree orequivalent* Experience in interactive entertainment andmarketing* Strong understanding of social media and mobiletechnologiesSony Computer Entertainment America LLC (SCEA) is responsible for keeping PlayStation
