The position will serve the day-to-day lead on sports, music, and lifestyle partnerships, with a focus on concepting, sourcing and negotiating marketing partnerships.Principle Responsibilities:* Ideation and negotiation of innovative brand platforms with sports, music, and lifestyle partners* Develop strategic marketing plan to support marketing partnerships that align with brand and/or product goals and sell in marketing partnerships to senior management and brand marketing team* Day-to-day management of partner relationship to ensure adherence to strategic plan and contractual agreement* Research and analyze new and existing strategic partnership against PlayStation brand values and target audience to maximize ROI and continually deliver enhanced consumer engagement* Collaborate with brand experience team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements with marketing and agency partners* Assist in the creative development of experiential marketing programs to support 1stparty hardware and softwareRequired Skills:* Bachelor''s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred* At least 5 years of experience with a focus on sports, music and lifestyle partnerships* Demonstrated experience in developing integrated marketing plans from strategic development through execution* Experience developing and managing event/sponsorship marketing programs, agency experience preferred* Strong understanding of sports/entertainment sponsorship including promotions, events, media and contracts * Experience in negotiation and ROI measurement* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders* Excellent business writing and presentation skills as well as written and oral communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint* Familiarity with PlayStation products and gaming a plus Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC (SCEA) is responsible for keeping PlayStation
