Able to recognize and escalate issues that impact project timelines* Administration of web based content delivery to retail kiosks and the field team* Review, load, and monitor content being supplied to stores and act as interface for retail submissions and approvals of content* Testing retail displays for ease of assembly and maintenance* Reliability testing various components of the displays* Managing smaller display development projects* Providing project execution support, handling key tasks as assigned by manager * Developing and maintaining key contact and process documentation* Handling key financial requests such as Coop funding, purchase orders, new vendor set ups, and check requests * Handling key legal requests such as non-disclosure agreements, contract reviews, asset review, etc. * Preparing creative briefs* Tracking spend against project budgets* Following up on deliverables/due dates by partners* Submitting and tracking approvals of in-store programs by retailers* Seeking vendor quotes for specific program needs (fixtures, disc creation, etc.)* Seeking assets for programs* Providing support building presentations* Providing support writing reports* Scheduling meetings* Solid organizational skills* A self-starter, able to connect with partners and rapidly assimilate the knowledge base for the role* Excellent communicator both written and verbal* Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Microsoft Project a plus* Position located in Foster City, CA. with up to 20% travel requiredRequired Experience / Education:* At least a 2 year college degree in business, marketing, or design or related experience* At least 1 year of HTML coding experience* At least 1 year experience with consumer electronics experience with support role history in the areas of display design, trade/channel marketing, project management, or sales managementPreferred Experience / Education:* Bachelor
