The organization consists of approximately 200 people and strives to deliver high quality investment management services to ensure its products meet their objectives and deliver value to clients.The Investment Management Services Product Management group supports CSIM''s SchwabFunds, Schwab Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and Laudus Funds, as well as Charles Schwab Bank''s Collective Trust Funds.The group’s responsibilities include:* Developing new products.* Ongoing product management of existing funds.* Driving marketing and communications initiatives.* Supporting sales and client service of the funds.* Fund and industry research.* Developing brand and product strategy for the funds.Job ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for supporting the product management and development of CSIM''s Asset Allocation Mutual Funds and Schwab Bank Collective Trust funds.Responsibilities include:* Support the development and management of product collateral and websites.* Assist in sales and client support.* Assist in analysis for product development and positioning.* Support regulatory and governance activities.Technical/Functional QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following skills/attributes:* Bachelor''s degree required.* 4+ years experience in financial services, ideally related investment management experience.* Excellent analytical skills.* Strong project management skills, attention to detail, interpersonal communications skills as well as organizational skills.* Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Ability to work independently with limited supervision.* Proficient with MS Excel and Power Point.Job Specifications:Relocation Offered?
