JOB SUMMARY:

Produces intelligent and on strategy creative
solutions that reflect brand personality
Designs and provides concepts for
projects/campaigns to meet approved strategic
marketing objectives
Works closely with the client as a liaison to
the creative department, helping the creative team
sell their best marketing solutions to the client.
Coordinates with production and works
directly to schedule creative/production jobs
according to creative ECDs direction.
Sells creative internally or to clients at
the creative directors request.
Attends creative reviews for clients, and
trouble-shoots difficult creative problems for any
client
Remains current and communicates industry
trends and techniques
Participates actively as he/she sees fit or
at the copy/art teams request in the
development of specific program components such as
headlines, graphic approaches, copy slant, etc
Trains and supervises assigned staff of
designers and other creative personnel oversees
their execution of all creative efforts to insure
they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule
Keeps ECD informed about the creative work
progress for clients, and about the ways in which
those projects are being produced
Has working knowledge of all software
programs needed to fulfill approved creative
concepts.
Ensure that the final creative product meets
the strategic communications objective
Actively trains, mentors and manages mid-
level creatives.
Proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Acts as a Career Manager for managing and
guiding creatives of all levels within
Salesforce.com , including regular one-on-one
check-ins, writing and delivering annual
performance reviews and takes responsibility for
on-boarding new employees and guiding him/her
through a successful tenure at Salesforce.com
Requirements
8 plus years of advertising experience in an
agency setting, working on interactive projects
such as client web sites, online advertising,
social media, video manipulation
Must have at least two years experience in a
senior/managerial position
Must possess a strong command of the digital and
social media space with great concepts, practices,
procedures and technologies
Experience and understanding of user experience
and information architecture principles and
process utilizing site maps, page flows, wire
frames and prototypes to guide design concepts a
huge plus
Knowledge of website development in Flash and
other technologies is a huge plus
Strong interpersonal and client presentation
skills
Must be able to leverage online/offline ideas
and technologies with an eye to integrate a big
idea through multiple mediums
Ability to grasp complex concepts easily
Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing
skills
Ability to motivate co-workers, colleagues and
others, to be a team player
Ability to operate in a systematic and logical
manner, with use of good judgment
Work well==4000 under pressure, juggling
multiple
projects and deadlines
Understands how to communicate
difficult/sensitive information tactfully
