Handle the security case load and internal
customer security requests such as software and
system approvals
Monitor and respond to @security internal
questions and reports
Update security metrics and SLA reports
Assist Trust and IT teams with reporting on
computer account activity and resource use.
Assist audit team with inspection of access
controls.
Provide direct support to business and IT
personnel globally by fulfilling requests.
Authorize software and assignment to employees.
Recommend enhancements to Enterprise Security
procedures and identify process improvement
opportunities.
Job Complexity
Proficiency with data entry.
Credible verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use multiple computer tools
simultaneously to ensure requests are processed
according to defined SLAs.
Understanding of basic information security
concepts and ability to following Information
Security policies, standards, and procedures.
Respond professionally to customers, teammates and
business partners.
Self-starter with the ability to work
collaboratively with global cross-functional
teams.
Intermediate graphical reporting skills. Ability
to update and enhance existing reports.
Proven ability to handle difficult customer
service situations professionally.
Excellent organization, problem solving and time
management skills and attention to details. Must
be able to work on multiple tasks concurrently and
reprioritize work independently as needed.
High school diploma.
Information Security training or certification a
plus. CISSP required within 12 months.
Minimum one-year customer service experience in a
telephone support environment desired.
Minimum one-year experience using a help desk
system desired.
Physical and mental dexterity to function at a
computer console for long periods of time.
Desired Skills
Salesforce.com case management experience
Bit9 Parity administration
Microsoft certification
Familiarity with Linux operating system
Basic understanding of TCP/IP
Scripting skills a plus
