The Medical Center also provides professional education and basic biomedical, clinical and behavioral research. Today, with its 1,254 licensed acute care beds and 25 residential beds, California Pacific Medical Center is one of the largest private, non-profit academic medical centers in California.Perform routine and specialized cardiac and cerebrovascular and peripheral vascular ultrasonography procedures on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients as well as the planning, coordinating, scheduling and data processing for these procedures.* RDCS certified through ARDMS required* Minimum two years experience cardiac ultrasound lab in acute care facility* Accredited training course in cardiac ultrasound required* Must be familiar with HP Sonos 5500 and/or Sequoia Accuson 512* Knowledge and experience with pediatric echocardiography is preferred* Intraoperative TEE experience of 2 years or more preferred* Must have understanding of aseptic technique and traffic patterns of an operating room environment* Familiar with PACS or other Imaging Archiving System
