<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: Carpet Technician - Canterbury Resort - San Francisco, CALocation: United States of America- California-San FranciscoRequisition ID: 1208165Description:Job Summary:* Clean and repair carpet in guest units as well as offices and common areas of the resort.* Shampoo and clean carpets.* Buff and clean tile floors.* Assist Maintenance Manager as assigned or required.* Familiarity with carpet cleaning products and equipment as well as cleaning techniques.* Knowledge of carpet maintenance and repair a MUST.* Moderate physical effort (lift and carry up to 50 lbs)* Frequent lifting/pushing of supplies and equipment.* Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling.* Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks and functions.* Must learn the standards for cleanliness and maintenance of all common areas inside and outside the facility.WVO is a drug-free workplace and requires a background check and drug test prior to employment.Job: Hotel/Resort Operations
