SUMMARY Responsible for clinical services in programs and for problem-solving clinical issues as needed. Provides clinical services to youth and adults with a history of sexual exploitation including human trafficking, prostitution, rape/sexual abuse and domestic violence. Have an understanding of the Agencys mission, goals and objectives, within the limitations of the Agencys policies, procedures and resources and in compliance with Agency standards for performance, contracts and grants.

ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION-
1.Provides overall direction and leadership to staff. 2.Provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff and interns, including reviewing intakes, assigning cases appropriately and monitoring the quality and quantity of services provided to assure effective and efficient service delivery.
3.Leads weekly case review meetings to ensure professional development of staff and a team approach to treatment.
4.Monitors services to clients, including evaluating the outcome of clinical interventions and ensuring that intervention strategies are based on best practices.
5.Provides regularly scheduled treatment plan reviews, file audits and reviews of billing procedures.
6.Assists staff to provide accurate documentation and implement treatment plans in compliance with contract requirements and SAGE standards of performance.
7.Recruits, screens and trains interns, ensuring that interns are qualified to provide services to clients and that required paperwork is submitted to Human Resources.
8.Maintains compliance with SF Department of Public Health Substance Abuse and Mental Health program requirements, attending monthly meetings and trainings, and completing all required reports in a timely manner prepares for and staffs compliance audits.
9.Ensures that billing through Avatar is accurate and implemented on a monthly basis.
10.Identifies staff training needs and coordinates provision of appropriate consultation and training activities for assigned staff in collaboration with the Director of Programs. Direct Services-
11.Screens all adult services clients for suitability for mental health assessments including Medi-Cal eligibility and in-county residence. 12.Conducts assessment interviews for clients to receive mental health services as needed. 13.Provides individual, group and and family therapy to clients in compliance with the Agencys standards for performance.
14.Provides a minimum of 7.5 direct-service hours per week, including 6 individual client sessions and 1 group session 1.5 hours.
15.Participates in staff meetings and trainings.
16.Provides leadership to the Case Management/ Clinical Services team to ensure that uniform standards for case management services are understood and utilized and to create an integrated service delivery model for clinical services case management, mental health and health. 17.Complies standards for performance.

QUALIFICATIONS LCSW or equivalent license and degree with specific training and demonstrated expertise in the provision of clinical services to youth and adults.
Minimum of 2-5 years post-licensure practice experience including at least two years of providing brief treatment.
Demonstrated ability to administer and supervise staff in a social service or clinical setting.
Strong commitment to quality of service.
Responsive to community needs and to those of staff.
Working closely and cooperatively in a community-based organization with diverse staff, clients, families and/or partnerships. Ability to be creative and innovative, take initiative and inspire and encourage others to do the same.
Experience with data collection and analysis.
