Nursing a diploma or Associate degree with two
years of clinical experience or a BA in Nursing
with one year of clinical experience or an
equivalent combination of education and

A minimum of two years recent experience
as a registered nurse
Demonstrated competence in the following
areas clinical practice, communication, clinical
case management, administration,
leadership/problem identification/resolution, and
teaching
Current CPR certification, demonstrated
clinical competence, and an understanding of the
federally mandated guidelines for the use of human
research subjects
Competence in phlebotomy and medication
administration i.e. IV therapy, IM and Sub-Q
injections
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple
tasks with competing deadlines in a fast paced
environment
Attention to detail and strong
organizational skills
Competence in the use of PC compatible
software including MS Office proficient in Excel
and Word
Physical Demands requires sitting, standing,
walking, squatting, bending, waist twisting,
kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching shoulder
height and below, lifting up to 20 lbs.
