This resource will help teams utilize this process information and best practice tools, to develop improved transition planning and change/integration requirements to implement the post-close operating model. The outcome is expected to minimize the operational distractions and improve integration outcomes.Overview of Responsibilities* Document Target's current state of operations and processes across areas of the operating model* Capture decisions regarding the post-close operating model, and develop process maps forhow things will work* Help Sponsors/Integration Office utilize this information to develop transition planning and change/integration requirements, in order to implement the post-close operating model* Provide a foundation so that market facing and enabling work streams utilize this information to develop integration plans that drive an issue free Day 1* Develop the blueprint for integration teams to best assess organizational processes of Targets* Work with Corporate Development team to continue to enhance the integration playbook, and roll out of additional versions of playbooks and new tools* Conduct post audits of operational processes captured during the diligence phase* Measure progress/improvements over past acquisitions, through a standard set of benchmarks* Support the capture
