The Medical Center also provides professional education and basic biomedical, clinical and behavioral research. Today, with its 1,254 licensed acute care beds and 25 residential beds, California Pacific Medical Center is one of the largest private, non-profit academic medical centers in California.The Clinical Nurse Manager provides for the delivery of efficient and effective professional nursing care for a designated area(s) and ensures that nursing care provided is consistent with established nursing care standards and that care is provided in a safe, appropriate and cost-effective manner. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the supervision, management, and development of staff; for planning, directing and monitoring of unit operations; and for the fiscal managment of the unit(s).This position manages Acute Rehab at our Davies Campus.* Current California RN license, CPR, and BSN required. MSN is preferred.* Minimum three years experience in acute care nursing required* Two years supervisory or management experience preferred* Three years acute rehab management experience preferred* CARF accreditation survey and operational experience preferred* AR Specialty program (neuro rehab focus) experience preferred* CRRN certification preferred* Masters degree preferred
