<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Operations
Specialist in order to support our line of
business, identify and implement process and
system improvements, manage communications,
coordinate and deliver trainings for essential
business procedures/processes, and drive
development of new resources and tools. This
position will report directly to the Field
Metering Senior Manager, support all leaders
within the Department and also enhance
coordination across the greater Field Metering
Operations team.   In addition, he or she will
interact across all lines of business where
necessary to drive and implement improvement
opportunities.
The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible
for understanding the business environment,
proactively
identifying and assessing operational weaknesses,
evaluating potential alternatives/solutions, and
supporting field Supervisors and Managers in all
aspects around the execution of their business
activities.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements?Bachelor?s
degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or
related field/equivalent experience.
?4 or more years of related experience, focused on
Utility Customer Field Operations Support and
Improvement
?Demonstrated leadership and management skills
experience.
Additional Desired Attributes
?Ability to manage multiple projects with
demanding time constraints
?Ability to lead operations improvement teams
?Communications across functions. Can provide
input and direction to team
members
