As the &ldquo;go to&rdquo; senior level interactive and social media counselor for this client, the SVP will work at the intersection of digital, culture, business and creativity to drive brand communication across all media.Responsibilities:* Serving as a key member of the agency account leadership team for a global brand, the candidate willlead and manage a multi-office agency team on a wide range of interactive strategies and execution, and direct client programming around paid, earned, owned and social channels.* As a senior strategic counselor to the clientin all areas of integrated communications and marketing, the candidate will provide executive level recommendations to drive innovative and award-winning digital work.* Structure, lead and motivate teams, and identify additional [internal, external, and client-side] expertise to add value to client experience.* Oversight of creative work across all digital platforms, including web, mobile, and tablet.Qualifications:* 12+ years of demonstrably significant and successful experience in creating and leading impactful, comprehensive digital campaigns that integrate all facets of the marketing and communications mix. Agency experience is a must and in-house experience, particularly in an interactive environment, is a plus.* Experience managing digital and social media platforms and communications channels, with a strong understanding of the requirements of digital design [web, mobile, etc.].* Ability to engage with and counsel a cross-functional planning and working group helping to create effective digital campaigns in support of a Fortune 500 company.* An established social media and digital thought leader with global and international experience across digital channels and a deep knowledge of the norms prevailing on the Social Web (transparency, authenticity and dialogue). Strong understanding of communities, monitoring, social networking, viral marketing and online community relations.* Working knowledge of API possibilities with all major social media platforms; relationships with contacts at Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and other industry leaders a plus.* Solid team leadership experience is necessary, including management of local teams and distributed account teams. A strong team orientation is critical based on the collaborative culture of the office and Fleishman-Hillard.* The candidate will have a polished executive presence and the ability to consult confidently and effectively with C-level executives. This individual also will be adept at building strong relationships with other senior counselors throughout the FH network.
