You will be responsible for the oversight and management of: information security risk assessments; vendor security contract reviews; information security governance; interaction with auditors and regulators; and company-wide information security training and awareness initiatives. The Director manages a team of analysts that participate in vendor due diligence and contract reviews along with product implementations.AaA     Effectively manage a team of risk analysts AaA     Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to problem-solve technical issuesAaA     Requires a four-year college degree with emphasis in a computer related field or the equivalent skills, knowledge and mental developmentAaA     Requires a minimum of seven years background in Information Security and Risk Management with prior experience in a security management leadership position managing a security governance programs.AaA     Requires hands-on experience with security management productsAaA     Most possess a general knowledge of all bank operations.AaA     CISSP and CISM/CISA certifications preferredAaA     Requires working knowledge of IP routing and networks, encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNAaas, UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems and identification, authentication and authorization systems and accounting policiesAaA     Well versed in security architecture and controlsAaA     Familiar with current and emerging threatsAaA     Able to develop risk mitigation strategies required to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems and client dataAaA     Familiar with laws, regulations, industry standards and guidance pertaining to information securityAaA     Experience in the oversight of multiple, complex projectsAaA     Ability to understand business requirements and skill in interacting with and influencing senior management.
