<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>SummaryThe Director, Safety Compliance and
Strategy, is responsible for the development and
leadership of a comprehensive strategic plan for
Safety at PGE, and for ensuring that short-term
and long-term strategies are converted into
operational plans.
This effort includes the development of policies,
programs, processes and procedures to ensure
compliance with all established safety regulations
and initiatives. The Director will also oversee
the implementation and management of a safety
management system that
will accurately track, trend and generate reports
on the Companys safety performance, and
comprehensive financial analysis and budget
management.  The Director will partner with
executives in the various lines of business
throughout the Company to ensure they are
receiving timely and accurate safety information
that assists them with identifying and targeting
specific safety-related issues and trends. The
Director will also partner with the executives on
the development of annual safety goals and
targets, including the
Companys Short-Term Incentive Plan goals.
The Director, Safety Compliance and Strategy will
collaborate with the leadership team in Safety and
the lines of business to develop and introduce
strategies that will lead to continuous
improvement in the areas of
occupational and public safety for PGE.
QualificationsMinimum
Bachelors in Safety, Business, Engineering or
related field or equivalent work experience
10 years in the utility or similar industry
5-8 years proven
leadership experience combined with consultative
skills at an executive level
Safety compliance and program management
experience
