For this role, we need a proven innovator who
lives in the trenches of social media and
community building that will fearlessly lead the
internal and external culture and #dreamjob social
media and community activities including curating
our culture and #dreamjob blog posts, expanding
our culture and #dreamjob footprint on
LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter, and increasing
engagement with our employees and fans through a
consistent flow of sticky, shareable content. You
will also build the employee culture and #dreamjob
ambassador network to help us capture stories from
our locations around the world. You will not only
set the strategy, you will also roll up your
sleeves to get the job done!
Responsibilities
Be 100% focused on a market dominant position for
employer brand
Build an overall social media and community
strategy to build our employer brand, strengthen
relationships with employees and prospects, and
contribute to the candidate pipeline
Own the culture and #dreamjob blog posts and
careers community activities on LinkedIn, Facebook
and Twitter, and additional social channels as
assigned
Craft and execute on a strategic culture and
#dreamjob content curation plan
Work tirelessly to engage current and prospective
employees across all social media channels
Write posts that are engaging and shareable and
recruit guest contributors
Track competitors and measure your success
compared to them
Monitor designated internal and external social
media channels, provide feedback and answer
general community questions or facilitate the
response to questions working with internal teams
Requirements
5-7 years communications, marketing, PR or
journalism experience with 3+ years of that
working with social media and community management
preferred
Outstanding and outrageously creative verbal,
written, and visual storytelling and
communications skills
Solid knowledge and proven experience with
LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, video platforms,
discussion forums
Hands-on tactical social execution blogging,
tweeting, etc.
Experience in managing content contributors
Knowledge of corporate culture building and
employee engagement a plus
