This position has full supervisory responsibility for up to eight Parking Representatives Cashiers during the swing and evening shifts. The Evening Parking Supervisor responds to all customer concerns and related issues, ensuring that customers are served promptly, professionally and courteously. She/he will act as a back-up cashier for the operation as needed; provide supervisory support for remote campus sites during the swing and evening hours as needed; ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are maintained, with particular regard to customer service standards and that audit standards are met on an ongoing basis. The position is the supervision point of contact for all related parking operation concerns at Parnassus, Mount Zion, and Laurel Heights facilities during the evening shift and has full management responsibility over the public and permit parking operations staff including training, scheduling, planning, and maintenance oversight. The position provides supervisory support for our patient valet Peninsula parking service vendor as needed.
