<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>JOB POSTING FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF SAN FRANCISCO Position: Examiner/Senior Examiner/Senior Analyst Grade : 14-16 Audit/Internal Control Specialist Department : Banking Supervision and Regulation Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Salt Lake City Posting Dates: November 5, 2012 - Until filled Req #: 229277 SUMMARY OF THE JOB : An excellent opportunity exists to serve as a key member of the growing supervisory team responsible for the development and execution of the supervisory programs for regional banking organizations (RBOs) in the 12 th Federal Reserve District. The RBO portfolio includes institutions of varying complexity between $10 to $50 billion in total assets, and is subject to a continuous supervision model in accordance with Federal Reserve System supervisory program expectations. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for acting as the lead audit examiner/analyst for a portfolio of RBOs and will report directly to a Senior Manager within the Regional and Foreign Institutions Group (RFIG) of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. The team-oriented individual will work closely with RBO Central Points of Contact (CPC) and Examining Managers (EM) to evaluate the effectiveness of internal/external audit programs, enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) processes, and internal control systems in accordance with supervisory guidance and industry practice. The incumbent will develop a significant depth and breadth of knowledge of internal/external audit functions, ERM processes and internal control environments for their portfolio of firms, conduct horizontal benchmarking and reviews, and will routinely interact with internal and System-level colleagues, the firm-
