This position will be critical to the development of the hourly staff in the kitchen basics as well as implement fine dining on a monthly basis. Community serves 3 meals a day 365 days a year with many interesting functions and opportunities to be creative. Background in Title 22 and its regulations are a plus.Position Summary:Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of food production employees. Responsible for the purchasing and receiving of food and supplies, as well as monitoring the inventory. Maintains food production records/cost indicators.
