Authorizing Preventative Maintenance PM work and
Corrective Maintenance CM work.
? Creating and maintaining PM plans - updating,
reviewing, analyzing, and making adjustments to
maintenance plans and work with a variety of
systems and resources SAP, etc. to adjust
maintenance items / strategies / task lists /
scheduling parameters, etc.
? Reviewing, approving, and releasing CM
notifications to scheduling by Energy Delivery
RMC Scheduling. Collaboratively works with
Program Management and field personnel to
establish work priority. Utilizes a variety of
informational systems to complete tasks. Serves as
a maintenance planning expert and is knowledgeable
of asset management and maintenance planning
guidelines and standards.
? Preventive Maintenance PM - Receives and
reviews requests for PM changes. Implements
approved changes in SAP. Makes adjustments to PM
plans to achieve desired equipment performance
based on analysis and/or subject matter expert
input. Assigns maintenance items new assets to
new/existing PM plans, as applicable. Approves,
changes, or rejects requested PM plan schedule
changes
? Corrective Maintenance CM - Manages CM.
Collaboratively works with Program Management and
field personnel to establish work priority.
Approves, changes, or rejects requested CM
notification changes as a result of changes in the
asset strategy, external requirements, or internal
scheduling changes. Works with the TR/TD
Supervisor/WOF/Engineering to ensure CM is
scheduled
? Preventive  Corrective Maintenance - Monitors
work completion vs. the work plan for compliance
with dates. Also performs
