As the trusted adviser of the M&C Leadership team, MCO drives the adoption of organization models, processes and automation, implements appropriate planning and measurement systems, collects and reports defined metrics and provides analysis and insight into business and marketing performance.GTS FocusThe job scope for this MCO role is worldwide GTS marketing operations. Major responsibilities include: Analysis of future quarter pipeline to drive insights and recommendations that will help GTS achieve objectives in key segments and solution areas; Optimization of the GTS future quarter pipeline process. Required experience: Applied marketing science methods such as marketing mix modeling, marketing tactic optimization, marketing measurement systems. Critical success factors include: Understanding the technology services market and the IBM GTS business; Working collaboratively across matrixed organizations and focusing on outcomes.Making contributions to the marketing and communications disciplines and organization beyond daily job scope as assigned.The GTS marketing operations leadership role involves working directly with the WW GTS VP of marketing. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, able to build executive-level presentations in Powerpoint, possess strong analytical skills, proficient with Excel, are creative and have the ability to work on strategic as well as tactical projects within the marketing operations area.
