<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Manatt, Phelps  Phillips, LLP MPP is seeking an associate to join our nationally prominent and growing healthcare practice in either our Washington, DC, New York, or San Francisco office. Our lawyers provide advice on the full range of complex legal matters that affect the healthcare industry, with a focus on federal and state regulatory and policy issues. Our lawyers are also members of interdisciplinary lawyer-consultant teams in connection with Manatt Health Solutions, a policy and business advisory division of MPP. These teams address leading-edge issues such as healthcare reform, accountable care organizations, and health information technology. We serve a diverse group of clients that includes providers including hospital systems, pharmacies, and clinical laboratories, managed care organizations, trade associations, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Ideal candidates will have two to four years of experience and a solid knowledge of healthcare law, including healthcare regulatory matters. Experience with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred. Candidates should have government, in house, or major law firm experience, stellar academic credentials, and excellent writing and communication skills.
