This position specifically supports the full range of services offers including but not limited to, Engineering services, Turnkey, Maintenance contracts, direct replacement circuit breakers, start up and equipment repairs. Focus is on service deliverables, especially focused on growing the installed base services offer with in the Healthcare Segment.1 Maintain contact with accounts at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.2 Sell systems solutions to executive level decision-makers.3 Maintain profitable growth of assigned accounts and turnkey projects.4 Generate new business by strategic alignment with other internal sales channels.5 Expand and retain key accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.6 Set goals and objectives, develop sales/business plans, establish call plans and strategies, develop account profiles and execute the plan.7 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability, timely communication and following up on accounts.8 Identify and contact potential customers or prospects9 Utilize Salesforce.com as means for tracking and managing opportunities.10 Work with a network of 70 Services Sales Engineers across the country to grow he Healthcare business..11 Work with Services Marketing to represent services at all targeted national Healthcare events1. Sets goals and objectives, develops sales/business plans, establishes call plans and strategies, develops account profiles and executes the sales plan. Facilitates account teams on large accounts.2. Applies market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific, high-level target customers.3. Identifies and develops account penetration strategies.4. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Schneider Electric products/solutions/services and competitor strengths, weaknesses and applications. Applies knowledge of Schneider Electric products/solutions/services to customer''s needs.5.
