Oversight of IT Asset Management policies and
standards for mobile devices, including
Purchasing, Provisioning and Audit.
Work closely with regional contacts to disseminate
policies and streamlines processes globally.
Develop, implement and refine global audit program
for mobile devices and telecommunication spend.
Communicate with IT Management team regarding
forecast, budget and project requests.
Support the Strategic Sourcing team to establish
contracts terms for mobile spend and assist with
vendor negotiations, where required.
Required Skills/Experience
5+ years experience in Asset Management or
Sourcing role
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or
university
Understanding of and experience in IT technologies
including iOS and Android
Experience managing a Mobile Device Management
tool at an expert level.
Detailed oriented with demonstrated high level
proficiency with salesforce.com and standard
office applications
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-
paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills
Highly organized and detail oriented, with the
ability to multi-task
Desired Skills
Asset Management experience in a rapidly-growing
global IT organization a plus.
