The primary objective of this group is to create solutions and drive sales for HCLS consulting engagements in markets across the globe.Because the CoC has sales and solutioning as its primary mission, experience assisting or leading in sales and solutioning experience with CXO-level clients is essential. The work will be performed predominantly at the client site and in some cases involve extended stays, making global mobility a key requirement for this role.The HCLS Center of Competence will focus on our major offerings in Life Sciences & Healthcare:For this specific role, we are seeking a Life Sciences / Pharma resource, that has experience spanning either Pharma R&D (clinical trials, drug discovery/treatments, refinement, FDA,and/orSales & Marketing Transformation (Go to Market skills) in the Life Sciences domain.The resource will use their industry expertise to provide credibility to our clients and IBM''s offerings, provide assistance in proposal development and sales activities, and overall sales support to life sciences clients. The resource will also provide an advisory role to our large-scale clients both domestically and globally, relying on their domain knowledge and industry skills to leverage IBM''s best practices.The Management Consultants help our Life Sciences clients to evolve and transform their business to adapt to new market and business pressures while at the same time, identifying and targeting new opportunities arising from growth in developing markets, improvements in analytics techniques and technology and the ability to tailor and target therapy more effectively on an individual basis.* Up to 75% global travel may be required.PLEASE NOTE: IBM has similar opportunities available in the UAE.
